We're looking for a high-energy, Guest Relations spa receptionist to answer incoming calls, book service appointments, obtain guest feedback, work with our service providers as well as maintaining a pleasant environment for our guests. We're looking for upbeat, customer service, self-motivated individual who wants to work in fun team atmosphere.

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service.

  • Responding to new/recurring customer questions and requests for information.
  • Helping building current customer relationships making sure that each customer is satisfied.
  • Introducing our skincare products to the store shoppers.
  • Maintaining the SPA cleaning standards.
  • Scheduling appointments with the SPA's customers.
  • Managing the inventory levels and accuracy.
